Osayi Ebohon is an award-winning speaker and inspiring mentor with over 27 years of experience of working in social services where she has mentored children and their families and over 17 years as a real estate professional. Originally from Africa, she now resides in the UK, where her career spans business, marketing, finance, social work and real estate. Her diverse professional background fuels her passion for helping women achieve financial independence and supporting families through adoption and fostering.
Osayi began her career with a degree in business and marketing from Anglia Polytechnic University. She transitioned into the finance sector, working as a credit controller in a top media company. However, her true calling led her to social work, where she found her passion for helping children, families, and women navigate challenging circumstances, particularly in adoption and safeguarding.
Her work as a social work practitioner ignited Osayi's drive to empower women, particularly around financial independence. After years of helping women and families, she shifted her focus to real estate investment and development. Today, Osayi mentors women, guiding them towards wealth creation through property and financial freedom.
Osayi’s career spans various sectors—from business and finance to real estate to social work—providing her with unique insights into safeguarding, trauma, and the diverse ways families can expand. Her expertise supports women in navigating challenges, building independence, and fostering resilience within their families.
Osayi holds a diploma in social work from the University of Benin, Nigeria, and a degree in business with marketing from Anglia Polytechnic University, Essex, UK.
